I guess there really aren't any "official" sites per se, but the following sites are as official as it gets.

• The original bitcoin client - download and install this to get started with your bitcoin wallet.
• The original bitcoin forums - these forums used to be hosted at bitcoin.org, but were moved to a separate domain.
• We use coins - The "we use coins.com" website gives you a good overview of what bitcoin is and how it works.
